I can't believe Sonnen won :(
Oh well, it was enjoyable seeing his face look like a piece of battered meat :)
If he does get a shot against Silva (or Vitor) he's going to get destroyed by both of them. I still can't believe it though, I had Nate winning this in the first with a KO but Sonnen did his usual, take them down and smother them tactic and he didn't really have an answer for it which really suprised me. But as hyptnotize00 said, it just proves more over that neither of them are on the same level as Silva. |

The Coleman/Tito exchange I found was rather humorous. Two guys that are way past their primes, that are highly unlikely to make any impact on the division at all want to fight? I say, "Why not?" bill at as a co-main event (just not a main event for the love of God) or even as a mid-card bout. They've both got potential to draw a fair amount of views and it would be interesting to see all the trash talk that leaded into the fight (note how I'm excluding the fight itself). But yeah, then after that the winner moves up to heavyweight and fights Gracie :) |

Alot of you will disagree but honestly Sonnen has a good chance to make a competitive fighter Against Anderson as we all know Anderson's weak point is his wrestling. Im not saying Sonnen would win but he has the necessary tools, Great wrestling,Great cardio, An iron jaw as he has never been ko'd or tko'd other than a cut and his cornermen stopping a fight. His sub defense has been getting better also. I'm really impressed with him and was still entertained with how he fought. |

I totally agree with tremblay, u guys are crazy if ur totally counting him out. I realize how good anderson is, but even he said himself that marquardt was the future of the division, so 4 sonnen to absolutely dominate him like he did, I really thought was amazing. HUUUGGGGE upset in my opinion, and right from the get go. And yea, we ve all seen a lay and pray wrestler before, that was NOT lay n pray, sonnen stayed busy the WHOLE time, marquardt is gonna b some sore today!! I was hugely impressed with sonnen, i realize that silva has more off his back then marquardt, but how much of that did we see against hendo and whats his nuts that couldnt make weight?? Subs are great, but the degree of difficulty goes thru the roof when u have someone constantly punching and elbowing u in the face.... |

"What's his face" would have been Travis Lutter. Who was a BJJ black-belt and considered one of the best submission guys in the division; and for the record Anderson beat him with a triangle and elbows to the head...I still question Sonnen's sub defense. And I can't stand half the things he says as well :) |

Sonnen is funny and says crazy things but he builds up his fights and then wins them. Love to see him and Silva, win or lose that will be a great fight. |

Dont think sonnen is well rounded enough to take out Silva. If he fails to take him down, he has nothing else to offer. Glad Chael has built himself up with this trashtalkin so Silva can knock him waaaay down! |
